The Supreme Court has disposed of a petition challenging the eligibility of President Arif Alvi, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

A two-judge apex court bench headed by Justice Ijazul Hassan headed the bench which conducted the hearing.

Citizen Zahoor Mehdi had challenged President Alvi’s eligibility urging the court to disqualify him under Article 62-1F.
