The Turkish drama series Dirilis Erugrul has achieved the highest level of success and people are praising it. After the massive hit of Ertugrul, Pakistani artists are not happy with it. Earlier Reema Khan raised his voice to support the local actors and opposed airing of Turkish drama serials.

Now the actress has given another statement in which she clarified that she isn’t against the series to be aired on Pakistan's national TV (PTV). She said my statement was misquoted by media channels.

In her Ramazan transmission programme, she said: “My statement was misquoted and misinterpreted. I was never against the series to be aired on PTV. I support all the content from any corner of the world which portrays a positive message to our public.  My point was that there should be a mutual agreement with the Turkish Government for content sharing which can benefit the Pakistani Industry as well.”
