A fire has erupted in the forests of tourist spots including Galiyat, Ayubia and Circle Bakote in Abbottabad, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Monday.

It is learnt that a fire has also broken out on Shimla Hill near Abbottabad city.

The fire is spreading fast in the forests, damaging a large number of trees, plants and wildlife.

The Rescue 1122 teams are busy fighting the fire.
