Nawaz Sharif to watch Dum Mastam: Adnan
Pakistan actors Adnan Siddiqui and Akhtar Hussain met former prime minister Nawaz Sharif in London, the 24NewsHD TV channel reported Monday.
According to Adnan Siddiqui, Nawaz Sharif was invited to watch the upcoming Dum Mastam and the former prime minister accepted the invitation.

The meeting is stated to be part of Adnan Siddiqui’s campaign to promote the big-screen debut as a producer. He said the ex-PM has been requested to review it.

He stressed that he is an artist and he just promotes the art.
“Everyone has their own likes and dislikes. I don't care what the politicians say. We are artists.”
He continued: “It was a great meeting. I came to promote my film and invite him to come to watch the movie.”
Nawaz Sharif said the government is cognizant of the contribution and efforts by the artists.
The PML-N too shared shots from the meeting.
Siddiqui is not the first celebrity to have a meeting with senior politicians and key government figures. Hunny Albela, Nawaz Shareef and Tahir Anjum had a meeting with Nawaz Sharif.
