Humaima rose to fame with Bollywood film Raja Natwalal. She played opposite Emraan Hashmi.  She did another film Arth 2 in 2017 which was an autobiographical movie. In the movie, she depicted the life of an actress Parveen Babi. Humaima was also the ambassador of WWF federation and team Peshawar Zalmi of Pakistan Super League (PSL).
