Court extends physical remand of Nazim Jhokio alleged killers for two days

A Malir Court extended physical remand of alleged killers of Nazim Jhokio, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
Investigation Officer in Nazim Jokhio case told the court that Nazim’s burnt mobile phone and clothes have been recovered and sent to the forensic lab.
However, the claimant on behalf of family members of the victim told the court that accessories belonging to Nazim were not verified by them and sent to forensic and lawyers were not present when important evidence was recovered.
The petitioner also filed an application for a forensic test of the mobile of the SHO Memon Goth as it was alleged that the SHO was in contact with the accused killers of Nazim Jhokio.
Malik Court will hear the argument in the next hearing to include the terrorism sections in the FIR.
The court ordered the accused to produce the accused on November 18.
Earlier, the Sindh Assembly on Monday echoed the brutal murders of Nazim Jokhio and Fahmida Sial with members from both sides of the aisle strongly condemning the incidents demanding justice to the victims’ families.
