Pakistan to host ICC Champions Trophy 2025, first ICC event after 29 years
Pakistan would host Champions Trophy 2025, the first major global tournament after 29 years, International Cricket Council (ICC) announced on Tuesday, reported 24NewsHD TV.
Reacting to the announcement on his Twitter account, Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Chairman Rameez Raja said that it was a matter of great pride and happiness that the country would host a major ICC tournament.

Moreover, ICC also announced 14 host countries of upcoming major events from 2024-2031.
United States and the West Indies will co-host the 2024 T20 World Cup.
Meanwhile, India and Sri Lanka will host 2026 T20 World Cup.
Moreover, South Africa, Zimbabwe and Namibia will host the 2027 Men's World Cup.
Australia and New Zealand will host the 2028 T20 World Cup.
India will host the 2029 Champions Trophy.
Furthermore, England, Ireland and Scotland will host the 2030 T20 World Cup.
India and Bangladesh will host the 2031 World Cup.
