Air India aircraft makes emergency landing at Karachi Airport

An aeroplane of Air India Airlines Sunday made an emergency landing at the Jinnah International Airport in Karachi due to a medical situation, the 24NewsHD TV channel reported.

The Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) representatives stated that the plane was flying from Dubai to Amritsar when the pilot asked permission to land at the Jinnah International Airport as a passenger was having epileptic seizures.

The plane landed around 12:30 am and the CAA did not allow any passenger to get off.

The plane took off after the paramedics treated the patient.
