Gold price hits record high in Pakistan

The price of gold in Pakistan has reached new record highs, marking the highest rate ever in the country after hike in global market, reported 24NewsHD TV Channel.

According to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association, the price of 24-karat gold per tola increased by a massive Rs4,700 on Tuesday to reach Rs391,000.

Similarly, the price of 10 grams of gold hiked by Rs4,030, taking it to Rs335,219. The global gold market also witnessed a change, with the price of gold per ounce climbing by $49 to reach $3,692. 

The silver prices in Pakistan also saw the same trend with the price of a tola of 24-karat silver rising by Rs53 to reach Rs4,496, and the price for 10 grams of silver going to Rs3,854.
