Rs220 million snatched from banks cash vans in Turbat
Unknown armed assailants have snatched Rs220 million from two cash vans of a private bank in Balochistan’s Turbat area on Tuesday, reported 24NewsHDTV Channel.
After the incident dacoits escaped from the site. According to the police, the armed motorcycle robbers flee with Rs 220 million cash of two banks, when cash was being moved to Karachi from Balochistan bank in a private company's vehicles.
The value of the money is also said to be more than Rs 22 crore. The unidentified armed men stopped two vehicles carrying cash in Khadan, which is 150 kilometers from Turbat.
According to the administration, the armed men took cash from both vehicles and fled to an unknown location. The efforts have been initiated to arrest the accused and recover the money.
