Robbers shot dead a bike-rider of a food chain in Karachi on late Tuesday night when he was on his way to deliver an order near Baloch Colony bridge, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Thursday.

According to the police, deceased Fahad Ahmed was a food chain’s bike-rider and a resident of Federal B Area Block 15.

Fahad’s brother Hamza said that he was the fourth among five siblings and was the darling of his parents.

He said that their relatives informed them that their brother's condition was series and asked them to rush to Jinnah Hospital. “When we reached Jinnah Hospital, Fahad had lost his life,” he added.

Hamza appealed to the higher authorities to arrest the killers and deliver them justice as soon as possible.

Tipu Sultan Police claimed that Fahad Ahmed was killed for resisting during a robbery by four bandits on two motorbikes near Shariah Faisal Fine House.

According to police the investigating authorities have launched an investigation and collected five shells of 9mm pistol from the crime scene.
