Soon after the hike in petrol prices, prices of engine oil for motorcycles have also been increased from Rs25 to Rs50, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Thursday.

Now the lubricant is being sold at prices ranging between Rs480 per litre to Rs545 per litre. 

Similarly, the price of each cane of engine oil used in vehicles has been increased by Rs200. Now four-litre cane of engine oil is being sold at Rs2,060. 

Likewise, price of Carient Oil used in vehicles has also increased from Rs1,300 to Rs4,680.
