National Assembly Speaker Raja Parvez Ashraf Tuesday accepted the resignations of 35 more Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s Member National Assemblies, reported 24NewsHd TV channel.

The move came a day after PTI chief Imran Khan hinted at returning to the National Assembly.

The Election Commission of Pakistan has denotified the 35 PTI MNAs that included 33 MNAs on general seats and two on reserved seats.

PTI is gearing up to topple the government in the federation, this attempt is considered as stopping PTI from derailing the government.

Earlier, the NA speaker had accepted the resignations of 11 PTI members while in the by-elections PTI chief Imran Khan contested most of the seats and won the by-elections to keep the seats vacant.
