Former member of Punjab Assembly MPA Zubeida Malik of Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) was laid to rest in Faisalabad after her funeral prayers were offered at Tariqabad Graveyard on Thursday, 24NewsHD TV channel. 

Dr Zubaida Malik served as Member Punjab Assembly during 1988-90 on women's seat. 

The funeral prayers were attended by PPP City President Rana Naeem Dastgir, former city president Rana Mushtaq, President People's Traders Cell Aftab Butt, Deputy General Secretary Iftikhar Haleem Raza, Mian Zakaria Hassan Dar, Chaudhry Nadeem, Sajjad Hashmi's and PYO General Secretary (city) Jahangir Qasim participation.
