PIA flight makes safe landing in Karachi after technical fault

A Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) flight from Fajar to Lahore experienced a technical fault during the journey but landed safely at Jinnah International Airport on Tuesday, officials confirmed.

According to a PIA spokesperson, the aircraft, operating as flight PK 178, encountered a technical issue related to cabin pressure. In accordance with standard safety procedures, the plane’s altitude was reduced to 10,000 feet to ensure the safety of passengers and crew.

A team of PIA engineers has been dispatched to inspect and rectify the fault. The spokesperson added that once the necessary repairs are completed, the flight will resume its journey to its original destination, Lahore.
