LHC directs lower courts to decide stay orders within 15 days

Lahore High Court Chief Justice Aalia Neelum has directed lower courts to decide the stay orders within 15 days, reported 24NewsHDTV Channel. 

After the approval of the Chief Justice, the DG District Judiciary sent a letter to all the Sessions Judges. 

According to the order, decision on the stay order applications should be taken within 15 days. Moreover, civil appeals that have been pending for more than three months should be decided within one month.
