Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader Abid Sher Ali admitted his defeat in the by-election, 24NewsHD TV channel reported on Sunday.
Abid Sher Ali dubbed his defeat as a public decision. However, he expressed his gratitude to his supporters.
He cited rampant inflation and hikes in electricity tariffs as reasons for his defeat. Imran Khan won the NA-108 seat against Abid Sher Ali in the by-elections.
