Four terrorists killed as suicide-and-gun attack foiled in Waziristan

A suicide-and-gun attack targeting a security forces camp in Mir Ali, North Waziristan, was foiled on Friday, resulting in the deaths of four Khwarij terrorists, security sources confirmed, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

According to sources, militants affiliated with a Khawarij group attempted to carry out a suicide bombing at a military installation in the Mir Ali area.

One militant rammed an explosive-laden vehicle into the camp's perimeter wall, triggering a powerful blast. Following the explosion, three more militants tried to storm the facility.

However, alert personnel from the security forces responded swiftly and bravely, killing all three attackers before they could enter the compound.

No casualties or injuries were reported among the security forces. Officials confirmed that the proactive and courageous action by Pakistani troops averted a major tragedy.

In the past two days alone, 88 militants affiliated with Khawarij, supported by the Afghan Taliban, have been neutralised in various security operations, according to military sources.

As part of the National Action Plan (NAP), the Pakistan Armed Forces and law enforcement agencies remain resolute in their mission to eliminate every last terrorist from the country.

Pakistan’s Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi praised the successful operation in Mir Ali and lauded the professionalism and courage of the security personnel involved.

In a statement, Naqvi commended the soldiers who thwarted the terrorists’ malicious intentions, saying the nation salutes the bravery of its defenders.

He added that the militants were dealt a humiliating defeat through the quick response of the security forces and that the entire nation is proud of its fearless troops.

Security forces destroy explosive-laden vehicle in Bajaur

In a separate incident, security forces seized and destroyed a vehicle loaded with hundreds of kilograms of explosives belonging to Fitna al-Khawarij. There was no harm to the security forces or the public.

According to security sources, Fitna al-Khawarij intended to blow up the vehicle in a civilian settlement in Bajaur.
The explosives are brought to Pakistan from Afghanistan along with smuggled goods. 

It is worth mentioning that yesterday, the Pakistan Army had foiled a major infiltration attempt in the Mohmand district, killing approximately 50 militants affiliated with the Indian-backed Fitna Khawarij group.

Security sources revealed that the operation in Mohmand was based on actionable intelligence, and a large formation of militants was successfully targeted. Several militants were also injured in the engagement.

The army has since sealed off the area and launched a full-scale clearance operation. The exchange of fire reportedly continued for several hours.

Footage shared by security officials shows the movement of the militants prior to the operation. The attackers are believed to have crossed into Pakistan from Afghanistan with the intent to carry out acts of terrorism.

Six Khwarij terrorists killed in Datakhel action

Six Khawarij were sent to hell during an intelligence-based operation (IBO) in the Datakhel area of North Waziristan.

Security sources said that an intelligence-based operation was launched after receiving secret information about the presence of terrorists in the area.

The sources revealed that security forces monitored the situation for eight to ten days after receiving the information.

On October 16, 2025, security forces cordoned off the area and, during heavy exchange of fire, six terrorists were gunned down and three became seriously injured.

The dead terrorists include a commander of Fitna Khawarij Mehboob alias Mohammad. Security sources said that they are fully prepared to foil the nefarious designs of the terrorists.

It is necessary to mention here that 94 Khawarij who were sent by the Afghan Taliban were killed over the last four days.

Security forces will continue their operation against the terrorists as per the National Action Plan (NAP). Security forces with the help of people, will continue their operations against the terrorists of Fitna al Khawarij.
