Elder daughter-in-law stabs to death younger one over row in Sialkot

An elder daughter-in-law (Jeethani) stabbed to death the younger daughter-in-law (Dewarani) of a house over some domestic row in Sialkot’s area of Mehmujoa in the limits of Kotli Loharan police station, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Friday.

Reportedly, the elder daughter-in-law, Iqra Faisal, got involved in a squabble with the younger daughter-in-law of the house, Asiya Babar. On the day of the incident, they exchanged heated arguments.

Furious elder daughter-in-law Iqra brought a knife and attacked the younger daughter-in-law, inflicting severe injuries on her by stabbing her fatally.

Asiya was immediately taken to a hospital where she succumbed to her wounds. 

Police reached the crime scene late, giving time to accused Iqra to flee.

Police have failed to arrest her so far.
