Brooklyn Beckham has reportedly purchased a lavish £11 million mansion in Los Angeles with his wife Nicola Peltz, a move that may further strain his already tense relationship with parents David and Victoria Beckham.

The couple, who had been renting in the area, have now finalized the deal on a £10.5 million Hollywood property that features five bedrooms, six bathrooms, a modern home cinema, a gym, and an infinity pool.

The reported purchase comes amid growing tensions between Brooklyn and his parents, especially after he and Nicola were noticeably absent from all five celebrations held for David Beckham’s 50th birthday across Miami, London, Paris, the Cotswolds, and a fishing trip in Scotland.

According to The Sun, sources claim the new home signals that Brooklyn, 26, has no intention of returning to the UK. “Brooklyn’s wife is American, her family is here, and he feels his life is now in the US,” one source said. “This purchase crushes any hope that the move was temporary.”

Fuel was added to the fire when Brooklyn failed to publicly acknowledge Father’s Day, despite David Beckham sharing a heartfelt Instagram message to all his children. The former footballer wrote: “My most important and favourite job in life is being a dad… I will always be here for you no matter what.”

He also posted nostalgic photos, including ones featuring Brooklyn, as a gentle outreach to his eldest son.

Brooklyn's brother Romeo Beckham’s ex-girlfriend Kim Turnbull became embroiled in the feud after Nicola reportedly expressed discomfort around her. Kim has since publicly denied any past romantic involvement with Brooklyn, stating they were only school friends.

The family tensions continued to deepen when Brooklyn also failed to publicly acknowledge his father's recent Knighthood, awarded in the King’s Birthday Honours for services to sport and charity.

David Beckham recently addressed the emotional weight of the honor, saying: “It’s been an emotional week for me and my family… a huge honour, but shared with my family.”
