Prime Minister Imran Khan Thursday got a jab for the coronavirus vaccine, reported 24News HD TV channel.
The vaccination of the prime minister would help allay the fears of people who are doubtful about the vaccine.
On this eve, Prime Minister Imran Khan appealed to the nation to ensure the implementation of the SOPs in the wake of the third wave of the coronavirus.
Currently, Pakistan is administering coronavirus vaccine to the frontline health workers people aged 60 or above in the first phase.
Earlier, President Dr Arif Alvi also got a shot of the coronavirus vaccine after completing all the required procedure set for the people who are 60-plus.
