Maryam Nawaz visits Kot Lakhpat Jail, assures to improve prison system in Punjab

Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Monday visited Kot Lakhpat Jail and observed the female prisoners condition, 24News HD TV channel reported.
According to the channel, CM Maryam made a conversation with women prisoners in Kot Lakhpat Jail and said she has been imprisoned in Kot Lakhpat Jail and Adiala Jail too.
Maryam Nawaz said she endured the hardships of imprisonment along with her father in the recent past but such hard time on them was a temporery.
CM Maryam said she is well aware of the problems of jail inmates and she will try her best to improve the jail system.
