Afghan couple gunned down in honor in Peshawar

The recently-married coupled was gunned down in honor in Peshawar on Sunday, reported 24NewsHDTV Channel.

According to police, the victims were identified as Adnan and his wife. The attacker escaped from the scene after committing the crime. 

Police claimed the victims belong to Afghanistan. The couple was targeted in the Ghafarabad area of Peshawar. 

According to initial probe, the couple was killed in the name of honor after they had entered into a marriage of choice a year ago.
