Cocaine-filled capsules recovered from Nigerian woman’s stomach
ANF seizes large quantity of narcotics in operations across country

The Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) has recovered cocaine-filled capsules from the stomach of a Nigerian female passenger at Lahore Airport during a search operation, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Friday.
The Nigerian woman arrived in Lahore from Qatar flight QR-628 via Doha. The accused has been arrested and a case has been registered under the Anti-Narcotics Act while investigation has been started.
In another successful operation, the ANF seized 90kg of hashish and 40 kg and 800 grams of opium from a car at Sangjani toll plaza of Islamabad Motorway.
The accused who was an Afghan national, has been arrested.
The ANF conducted countrywide operations and seized a large quantity of narcotics.
In yet another operation, 73 heroin-filled capsules were recovered from the stomach of a suspect who was traveling to Bahrain from Islamabad International Airport from the flight number GF-771.
The accused was detained and said to be the resident of Khushab.
Moreover, 1 kg and 700 grams of heroin, 7 kg of hashish and a machine for mixing heroin were recovered along with weapons in an operation conducted by ANF near Khanewal.
The ANF also seized 4 kg of suspicious chemical substances absorbed in clothes from a parcel booked for Australia at a private courier office in Gurangi area of Karachi.
10 kg hashish was recovered from the accused, resident of Quetta, in an operation conducted on Sariab Road Quetta
The accused have been arrested and separate cases have been registered against them under the Anti-Narcotics Act and investigation has been started.
