Preference for post-graduation induction of govt medical colleges’ students ends

Another unique initiative of the Department of Specialized Health as preference for post-graduation induction of graduates of government medical colleges has been ended, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Tuesday.
According to report, new central induction policy for post-graduation has been introduced.
According to new policy five additional marks for graduates of government medical colleges has been ended and extra marks on house jobs also abolished.
Numbers also abolished in central induction of Matric and F.Sc.
Private medical graduates made equal to top merit government colleges.
New central induction policy will be implemented from January 1, 2026.
