PM, minister grieved over loss of 16 lives in Skardu landslide

Prime Minister Imran Khan and Minister for Kashmir Affairs and Gilgit-Baltistan Ali Amin Khan Gandapur have expressed deep grief and sorrow over loss of 16 precious lives in passenger coach accident on Gilgit-Skardu Road.

In separate messages here on Sunday, the Prime Minister and Minister KA&GB prayed for the departed souls and commiserated with the bereaved families.

They directed the administration to complete rescue operations at the earliest and extending all possible assistance to the bereaved families.

It should be mentioned that at least 16 people including four soldiers of Pakistan Army were killed when a landslide hit a passenger coach coming from Rawalpindi on Gilgit-Skardu Road.
