PM Shehbaz visits Khanewal, offers condolences with family of MNA Irfan Ahmed Daha
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif visited Khanewal on Saturday to offer condolences over the demise of senior member of PML-N and MNA Irfan Ahmed Khan Daha, reported 24News TV channel.
The Prime Minister met son of late Member of National Assembly Muhammad Khan Daha and expressed deep sorrow and grief over the death of Haji Irfan Ahmed Khan Daha, who as an important member of PML-N from South Punjab, senior leader and former provincial minister.
Prime Minister's recited Fateha Khawani for the departed soul and expressed condolences to the bereaved family.
On the occasion, PM Shehbaz said late Haji Irfan Ahmed Khan Daha was an active worker of the PML-N and our long-time colleague. The services of the late Haji Irfan Ahmed Khan Daha to the party can never be forgotten.
PM Shehbaz said Haji Irfan Ahmed Khan Daha held the leadership of the Muslim League in South Punjab firmly in all difficult times.
Prime Minister said Muslim League-Nawaz values the services of the late Haji Irfan Khan Daha to the people and the party.
He said the political and social services and mission of public service of the late Haji Irfan Ahmed Khan Daha will always be remembered.
Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Attaullah Tarar, Minister of State Abdul Rehman Kanjo, Special Assistant Talha Burki and Speaker Punjab Assembly Malik Ahmed Khan also accompanied the Prime Minister.
The meeting was also attended by members of the National and Provincial Assemblies and party ticket holders of the area.
