Banned Tehreek-e-Labbaik Pakistan (TLP) chief Hafiz Muhammad Saad Rizvi once again on Sunday asked the members of the executive body of his party to hand themselves over to the law enforcement agencies and end the sit-in outside the party's headquarters in Lahore.
In his message, Saad asked party activists to end the protest and return to their homes peacefully. He urged his party to call off the strike on April 20.
Saad Rizvi had made almost the same appeal to his party leadership on April 15 and his handwritten message was shared by Special Assistant to Prime Minister Dr Shehbaz Gill via Twitter.
Saad Rizvi’s message came out hours after activists of his party clashed with the police in Lahore on Sunday morning.
