Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz visited the world-renowned Japanese hospital National Center for Global Health for infectious diseases during her visit to Japan, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Tuesday.
After her visit to hospital, Chief Minister Maryam decided to introduce Japanese-style health care and health management system in Punjab.
Modern high-tech Japanese machinery, equipment and treatment methods will be introduced in the government health system of Punjab.
It was decided to build Nawaz Sharif Medical District on the model of the Japanese-style health care system.
It was agreed to benefit from Japanese research for the treatment of diabetes, liver and infectious diseases in Punjab.
CM Maryam Nawaz and her delegation were briefed on Japan’s advanced methods for treating diabetes, liver, and infectious diseases.
