CM Maryam decides to introduce Japanese-style healthcare system in Punjab

Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz visited the world-renowned Japanese hospital National Center for Global Health for infectious diseases during her visit to Japan, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Tuesday. 

After her visit to hospital, Chief Minister Maryam decided to introduce Japanese-style health care and health management system in Punjab.

Modern high-tech Japanese machinery, equipment and treatment methods will be introduced in the government health system of Punjab.

It was decided to build Nawaz Sharif Medical District on the model of the Japanese-style health care system.

It was agreed to benefit from Japanese research for the treatment of diabetes, liver and infectious diseases in Punjab.

The Chief Minister of Punjab and members of her delegation were given a detailed briefing about the Japanese method of treatment of diabetes, liver and infectious diseases.

Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif visited different departments of the hospital.

Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif reviewed the facilities and machinery provided in the hospital.

Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif also talked to Japanese medical experts.

Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz was informed about liver treatment at the National Center for Global Health Medicine.

Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif and members of the delegation were also given a detailed briefing about the treatment of infectious diseases/
