A woman was shot dead in broad daylight in Shalimar area of Lahore on Friday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

As per reports, 36-year-old Naila was going home in her car when she came under attack by some armed motorcyclists who started firing at her vehicle indiscriminately, leaving her in a pool of blood.

She was shifted to Kot Khawaja Saeed Hospital, but she succumbed to her injuries.

Naila’s body was shifted to a morgue for the post-mortem.
