Two shot dead in clash between rivals in Arifwala, Kharian

A man was killed and two, including his wife, were seriously injured in a clash between two groups over a matrimonial dispute in the 68-EB village of Arifwala, reported the 24NewsHD TV channel on Wednesday.
According to rescue officials, the accused opened fire over a matrimonial dispute, as a result of which a man named Anayat was killed and two, including Anayat’s wife Munawar Bibi and Latif, were seriously injured.
The body of the deceased was shifted to the hospital for a postmortem, and the Sadar Police Station started the investigations.
Meanwhile, a man was killed, and his brother and a cousin were injured in firing by opponents in Warraichwala village of Kharian.
According to police, the accused entered the house of their opponents and opened fire as a result of which Akbar Ali died on the spot while his brother Asghar Ali and cousin Ali Hasan were seriously injured.
The accused, Ilyas, Qaiser, and Shamraiz, managed to escape from the crime scene after firing.
The Dinga police reached the spot and started an investigation.
