PIA plane flying from Karachi to Lahore struck by lightning

The radar of a plane, which was being operated by the Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) from Karachi to Lahore, stopped working when lightning struck the plane in the airspace over Nawabshah on Thursday.
According to sources, the pilot managed to bring the PIA flight PK 306 to Lahore and land safely at the Allama Iqbal International Airport in the Punjab capital after the incident.
