A tense situation has emerged in Shakargarh as Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and the opposition party-- the Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) workers came face to face outside the residence of the ruling party’s defector MNA Wajiha Akram.

According to the 25News HD TV channel, PTI workers staged a protest outside the house of dissident Member National Assembly (MNA) Wajiha Akram in Shakargarh on Saturday.

The PTI workers were carrying ‘Lotay’ (toilet pitcher) as a taunting symbol of floor-crossing and chanting slogans against the defector MNA of their party.

Observing the situation, the opposition party—the PML-N workers have also reached outside the MNA’s house to protect her.

The PTI and the PML-N workers have started chanting slogans against each other and made the situation complicated.
