Ishaq Dar vows to expand ties with Iran in all spheres

Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar has reaffirmed Pakistan’s strong commitment to further expanding bilateral cooperation with Iran in all spheres, particularly in trade, connectivity, people-to-people exchanges, and regional collaboration, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

Ishaq Dar was talking to Pakistan’s Ambassador-designate to Iran, Imran Ahmed Siddiqui, who called on him in Islamabad on Tuesday ahead of his departure to Tehran.

The Deputy PM emphasized the importance of maintaining the positive momentum in bilateral engagement through close coordination and mutual understanding.

He also highlighted Pakistan’s constructive and responsible role in promoting regional peace, dialogue and stability.
