Chaudhry Parvez Elahi, treasury benches’ candidate for the slot of chief ministership in Punjab has received a setback of losing a vote of MPA Abdul Haye Dasti.
According to the 24News HD TV channel, the ruling party--Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s (PTI) Member Provincial Assembly of Punjab (MPA) will not be able to cast his vote in favour of Ch Parvez Elahi.
The channel report said that the membership of the PTI’s MPA Abdul Haye Dasti is suspended as he has not submitted his assets’ declaration to the Election Commission.
