The Election Tribunal, while hearing appeals of PTI-supported candidates over alleged rigging in Islamabad’s three National Assembly constituencies, has sought Form 45 and Form 46 of the constituencies from all candidates besides the Election Commission of Pakistan, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

PTI-supported independent candidates Shoaib Shaheen, Amir Mughal and Ali Bukhari had filed appeals in the Election Tribunal against the rigging in the general election of 2024.

The Election Tribunal Judge Islamabad High Court Justice Tariq Mahmood Jahangiri heard the appeals of the runner-up candidates and directed ECP to submit the original Form 45 and Form 46 of all of the candidates before May 20.

Moreover, the Tribunal has also sought original Form 45 and Form 46 from all of the candidates.
