PTI founder Imran Khan in a letter to the Chief Justice of Pakistan has criticized CJP Justice Faiz Isa over his ‘failure’ to ensure the rule of law in the country besides the provision of justice to all citizens, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

PTI founder while raising seven points claimed that the rule of law was being compromised in Pakistan and the state was targeting PTI leaders and workers ruthlessly while courts were turning deaf ears to the appeals of PTI workers.

In the letter, the PTI chief pointed out that like general elections, the government was shutting down internet services in by-elections on Sunday. He said the same practice was being repeated to steal the mandate of PTI.

PTI leaders alleged that PTI women workers were being manhandled and mistreated, adding that if PTI women were released from Lahore, they would be arrested from Sargodha.

PTI leader said that the current era is no less than the dictatorship of General Zia-ul-Haq. Moreover, the letter said the current aggressive situation left behind the atrocities which were committed against political workers during various eras of dictatorship in the country.

PTI leader urged Courts to give relief to PTI workers. The CJP was told that SC should not support the lower judiciary which was blatantly flouting rules and regulations.

The letter told CJP that NAB cases against former PM Nawaz Sharif were open and shut but why did NAB give a clean chit to the PML-N leader?

The letter said moreover, a Retired general was appointed head of NAB which further endorsed PTI's opinion that NAB was working only to target PTI leaders and workers.

PTI leader further said that the Bahawalnagar incident showed that might is right.

PTI founder requested CJP to take notice of the events otherwise situation will get worse. PTI also mentioned the letter of 6 judges of Islamabad High Court. PTI also raised the issue of Military Courts.

The letter alleged that said Military Court were aimed at punishing PTI workers instead of dacoits in Kacha areas of the country.

The letter also mentioned the press conference of former Commissioner Rawalpindi who told the nation how PTI workers were defeated. PTI said instead of taking notice of the allegation Commissioner disappeared.

PTI letter requested the CJP to produce the former Commissioner to the Court.

PTI claimed that their applications were being intentionally delayed and not being placed for hearing for the last two years. PTI said CJP was violating laws for not fixing the application of PTI leaders and workers.

In the letter, the PTI founder also mentioned the injustices of the Election Commission of Pakistan regarding the allocation of reserved seats.

The letter alleged that all wrongdoing against PTI was being taken on behalf of one personality.

The letter reminded CJP that while holding the Constitution of Pakistan’s book, he had promised not to violate the constitution but he was found involved in serious violations. The PTI founder said that CJP was listing himself in the list of dacoits and thieves for not providing justice to the masses.
