Joint session takes up 21-point agenda today

A 21-point agenda has been issued for the joint session of the Parliament that will be convened on Tuesday (today), reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
According to the official sources, legislation will be carried out on various bills including Global Change Impact Study Centre (Amendment) Bill, 2022.
No senator of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) will participate in the joint session.
In the joint session, the law minister will present the Parental Protection Bill, 2022.
There will be legislation on the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (Amendment) Bill, 2022.
The Pakistan Nursing Council (Amendment) Bill, 2022 and State-Owned Enterprises Bill, 2022 will also be presented for approval.
The Pakistan Global Institute, Islamabad Capital Territory Prohibition of Interest on Private Loans and Islamabad Compulsory Vaccination and Protection of Health Workers Bills, 2022 are also on the agenda.
The Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences and Pakistan Medical and Dental Council Bills, 2022 will also be enacted.
The PTI senators have announced boycotting the joint session.
Besides, a session of the lower house will also be held in the evening today, a 37-point agenda have been issued for that.
