Imran Khan's sisters stage-sit-in near Adiala Jail in Pindi

The sisters of PTI founder and former prime minister Imran Khan are staging a sit-in near Rawalpindi’s Adiala Jail. Sit-ins a short distance away from the prison on Tuesdays and Thursdays by PTI workers and supporters, as well as Imran’s sisters, have become a usual occurrence as Imran’s family continues to be restricted from meeting the ex-premier for the past several weeks.

Aleema Khan has said that PTI founder Imran Khan was put in jail illegally and the former prime minister should be released immediately.

Talking to media at DHA checkpoint, Aleema Khan said that law violators are free despite the fact that they had stolen the public mandate.

Aleema said that the government was not accepting the Article 6 of the constitution. She said that they will stage sit-in here and they will not go anywhere.

Imran Khan’s sister said that they does not want meeting with Imran Khan , adding that PTI wanted that innocent Imran Khan should be released.
