CM Maryam for provision of best civic facilities across Punjab

Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz has said that under the development project, the quality of development projects across Punjab must be uniform. 

Chief Minister Punjab said that the best civic facilities are being provided to people under the Punjab Development Programme.

She stated this while addressing to Commissioners and Deputy Commissioners of the province in Lahore today. She said that development projects worth billions of rupees are being implemented across the province. The Chief Minister directed that a comprehensive inspection of fire safety systems in buildings should be carried out to prevent short circuits.

Maryam Nawaz directed that tiles of uniform style and color should be installed on the sides of sidewalks and roads. CM Maryam said green belts and green spaces should be created in every city. CM Maryam ordered that pits dug for development projects should be covered by putting wire around them. 

CM Maryam said the level of manholes on every road should not be even a millimeter higher so that people do not fall due to stumbling. Maryam Nawaz Sharif said a single utility corridor should be created under the development project so that the entire neighborhood does not have to be dug up. CM Maryam said electric poles should be installed at the very end of the road. CM Maryam said after beautification, electrical wires and other wires should be installed in an orderly manner, no messy wires should be visible.
