Bilawal tweets Justice Baqar’s verdict on 'NAB role in political engineering'
Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari on Monday shared a decision of Justice Maqbool Baqar on Twitter that sheds light on the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) and its alleged role in political engineering.
Bilawal quoted Justice Baqar as saying that political minions were selected and brought up and then they were given power. He said that such verdicts establish writ of the judiciary and guarantee sovereignty and freedom.
He wrote, ““Pygmies were selected, nurtured, promoted and brought to prominence and power.” Justice Baqir on National Accountability Bureau & its role in political engineering. The integrity, independence & writ of the judiciary is built slowly through historic judgements such as this.”

In another tweet, the PPP chairman criticised the ruling Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) for allegedly wasting time and resources on propaganda against the PPP. He wrote, “For ppl who claim that they don’t mind so we don’t matter. PTI govt spends lots of time, energy, resources & political capital attacking the Pakistan Peoples Party. If PPP doesn’t matter why are we on the PMs mind all the time? If we are no threat outside of Sindh why so insecure?”
