University students fined for harassing girls by playing vulgar songs

The administration of Dera Ismael Khan’s Gomal University has fined two of its students for playing vulgar songs at the university’s campus to harass female students, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Saturday.
According to the university’s administration, the security staff had reported to Vice-Chancellor (VC) Iftikhar Ahmed a few days back that some students started chasing the buses carrying female students in their car in which vulgar songs were being played.
Taking notice of the incident, the VC fined the two students Rs5,000 each and warned them of expulsion from the university in case they indulged in this practice again.
VC Iftikhar Ahmed told 24News TV channel that playing any kind of music was banned at the university’s campus.
