Bangladesh confirms cricket tour to Pakistan
Pakistan and Bangladesh set for exciting three T20 matches in Lahore: PCB Chairman Mohsin Naqvi thanks BCB for finalising cricket series
The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) and the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) have successfully concluded negotiations, resulting in an agreement for a T20 series to be held in Pakistan, reported 24NewsHD TV Channel on Tuesday.
According to PCB officials, the breakthrough came after a high-level meeting in which PCB Chairman Syed Mohsin Raza Naqvi met with BCB Chairman Nazmul Abedin. Also present in the meeting was BCB President Faruque Ahmed.
Following detailed discussions, both sides agreed that the Bangladesh national team will tour Pakistan to play a three-match T20 International series.
As per the decision, all three T20 matches are scheduled to take place in Lahore, further solidifying the city’s growing role as a hub for international cricket.
PCB Chairman Mohsin Naqvi expressed gratitude to the Bangladesh Cricket Board for confirming their tour and reaffirming cricketing ties between the two nations.
The upcoming series is expected to attract significant attention from fans and analysts alike, given the longstanding cricket rivalry and camaraderie between the two South Asian countries.
