PSX 100 Index drops by 718 points

Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) trading session ended in the red on Tuesday as the benchmark KSE-100 Index dropped by 718 points, closing at 118,971, reported 24NewsHD TV Channel. 

The highest level of the 100 Index was 119900 points. The lowest level of 100 index was recorded 118527 points. 

Yesterday 100 index had closed 119689 points. 

Analysts say that market direction in the coming sessions will largely depend on budget policy announcements, particularly measures related to taxation, corporate incentives, and government spending.
