Scrutiny process completed for NA-185 Dera Ghazi Khan by-election

The scrutiny process for the NA-185 by-election has been completed, with all 18 candidates cleared to contest, according to election officials on Monday.

No nomination papers were rejected during the scrutiny phase, officials confirmed.

Prominent names among the cleared candidates include Osama Abdul Karim, Allah Bakhsh, Anas, and Sardar Dost Muhammad Khan Khosa. Others on the list are Sardar Muhammad Khan Leghari, Sardar Jamal Khan Leghari, and Sohail Mehruddin.

The list also features Syed Abdul Aleem, Zafar Bashir, Abdul Aziz Baloch, Omar Adil, Muhammad Rashid Patafi, Muhammad Shafiq Khan, Muhammad Latif, and Mahmood Qadir Khan.

Additionally, Mureed Hussain, Nawab Muhammad Ali Faisal Sadoozi, and Humayun Raza have also been approved to contest the by-poll.
