At least 87 dengue positive cases have been reported in different parts of Swabi district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, reported 24NewsHD TV Channel Tuesday.  

Public Health Coordinator has confirmed that 87 people have been confirmed infected with the dengue virus in the district. In detail, six patients are under treatment in the hospitals of Swabi, while 20 patients have recovered and been discharged.

The number of dengue virus cases in different areas of the Swabi district is higher than the official figures, sources claimed.

They said that many people have also gone to private hospitals for tests and treatment of dengue fever, for which accurate data is unavailable.
