RAW agent produced before court in Karachi

Karachi Police, on Tuesday, presented one of its officials accused of spying for India’s Research and Analysis Wing (RAW) before the Anti-Terrorism Court Karachi seeking for his 14-day judicial remand. However, the court granted ten-day remand.
The accused police official, who was earlier posted as ASI in Sharaye Faisal Police Station, was accused of working for RAW through MQM London’s officials.

The city police further claimed that the accused was being offered a huge sum of money from Mehmood Siddiqui group, and the suspect was allegedly involved in terrorist activities.
The police requested physical remand from the anti-terrorism court to investigate the matter further.
