The spokesman for the Pakpattan Police has said that the girl seen in a video with Sub-Inspector (SI) Ihsan Ahmad is actually his second wife, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Sunday.  

He has said that two days ago the SI’s cellphone was hacked following which a complaint was lodged with the Cyber Crime.

The spokesman has further said that it was not the SI who had made the video viral on social media, but somebody else who wanted to malign him.

On Saturday, 24News TV channel reported that the Punjab police sub-inspector's romantic encounter with a girl in a TikTok video had gone viral.

As per details, the video based on the Indian song, ‘Mareez-e-Ishq’, went viral through the sub-inspector's own TikTok account.

Taking notice of the incident, the District Police Officer (DPO) Pakpattan ordered the DSP HQ to hold an inquiry.
