Schools, colleges in Sindh again closed for indefinite period
Universities and education boards would remain close till August 30, colleges to hold online classes.
Declaring the fourth wave of coronavirus more dangerous, the Sindh government Saturday closed schools and colleges for an indefinite period in the province.
According to the 24News HD TV channel, the provincial government had also closed the Universities and education boards till August 30, 2021.
Sindh government had also issued two separate notifications on the closure of the educational institutes in the province.
As per the report, the government had allowed conducting online classes for the colleges.
The education department had also advised the teaching and non-teaching staff’s attendance of 50 percent with compulsory vaccination.
Usage of the masks and the sanitisers has also been made mandatory for the educational staff in all institutes.
